Canelo landed more than twice the amount of punches on Bivol that Joe landed on him.
Are you aware that according to Compubox Joe Smith Jr only landed 39 punches against Bivol? Canelo had more than twice as much. And Bivol landed 209 against Smith, which is a lot more than he landed on Canelo. So Canelo did much better than Smith did against Bivol by a longshot, at least according to Compubox. He also dominated Bivol in body shots.

Because the fight was so one sided that they knew that if they gave the fight to Canelo they would look like idiots.

And Joe Smith Jr has passed every drug test he's ever taken,

In other breaking news, Max Verstappen has won more F1 races than Pierre Gasly.

Look at that, I can deflect and change the subject too.

btw not all judges have to be corrupt. It is enough for 1 judge to be corrupt, and for that to decide the fight.

You didn't have Canelo up after 4 rounds.

If Joe Smith hits harder that would make sense as he's a natural LHW, you'd expect him to hit harder than Canelo who's a 168-lber. But I think there's a difference between Joe Smith's punches and Canelo's punches particularly when he loads up and puts extra emphasis on them. He landed a lot more punches than Joe Smith so Bivol would have felt Canelo's power more. Not only did he land more but he bruised Bivol's arm up and Bivol made it clear that Canelo hits harder than Benavidez.

As far as landing more, I was responding more to kiwi about that since he was talking so much about the Compubox #s and how low Canelo's #s are, it's important to compare Canelo's #s against Bivol to Bivol's normal averages. Despite Canelo having low numbers compared to his average, he actually did very well compared to Bivol's average. Bivol has extremely good defense so while Canelo's numbers were low by his standards, they're actually very good vs Bivol who is very hard to land on.

I haven't even really scored the fight yet so you can't possibly know who I had up after 4.

    The judge's cards were identical

    On their cards

    Clen won 1-4

    Bivol won 5-8

    Clen won round 9

    Bivol won 10-12

    Disgraceful. Fight wasn't close

There have been some pretty bad robberies i mean there was the 114-114 card in the floyd fight which was appallingly bad and floyd was the A side whereas Bivol is a near total uknown in the us. If it was corruption they could have found a way. Who bribes to get a loss

Yes, there is corruption. How else do you explain some of the most outrageous scorecards linked to Canelo fights?

Money corrupts people and when Canelo fights, you can always expect corruption. It's one of the constant themes of a Canelo fight.

114-114 vs Mayweather. 118-110 vs GGG. 115-113 x 3 against Bivol were all bought and paid for.

Not Canelo, like you said, you haven't scored it.

So stop pretending like you agree with the judges for having him 4 rounds up, because you don't.
