It's probably 4000 calories of fast food and alcohol.

    Technically it is mildly obese!
Trump was the object of much mirth when he said he was 239.
Now he already had added an inch to his height & claimed 6'3", but if only the man of 30,000 + documented lies & massive distortions since he ran for President confined his compulsive prevarications to pure harmless vanity.
The reason is because that was just below what was considered obese on the charts.

Homer Simpson was coincidentally 239 (at 6') when he began a very amusing campaign to work from home, justified by becoming north of 300 lbs./morbidly obese.

But first I repeat someone can be 6'1" & 240 with LOW body fat.
Although unless men use PEDs, you gotta have a quite large frame & usually years of work to get there.

But that begs the question-is that weight inherinetly bad for the heart, even IF you are between not overweight & very lean, & drug free?
    What is the

that it is intrinsically bad-or some might be very fit (even if not the same cardio as much smaller guys, although much stronger).

That is not like Big Ramy or Ronnie Coleman drugging up to 300 with minimal bodyfat & under 6'.
Both in terms of method-PEDs-& extreme, unnatural muscle mass.
