What are other examples when a challenger made a top p4p star look average?

Bivol made Alvarez look very average. What are other examples when a challenger totally outclassed a top p4p star?
Edit: Canelo eas the challenger, but he was A side

B Hop made Winky Wright look average. Winky was on most p4p lists, the executioner was the only one to take away his jab.

Winky himself had moments like that where he made Mosley and Tito look like novices.

It happens all the time, to varying degrees.

Usyk turned in an uninspiring performance against Chisora, if that was the first fight of his you saw you'd be pretty shocked to see what he did to AJ. Loma didn't look good against Teofimo then Teofimo coughed up his consensus P4P top ten status in his next fight.

This is just in the last couple years. You could say Canelo performed worse than these guys but he also had a much better opponent than Chisora.

I can’t recall seeing a PFP champ look so lost and dominated for 12 rounds, okay 11-1 if I’m being charitable. Bivol is a small LH and Canelo already wore the LH belt he won from Kov and was touted as a LH champion not long ago. Suddenly he was too small to beat a small LH? He was heavily favored and nearly every so called expert picked him to beat or even KO Bivol.

Canelo was healthy, prime and very strong going into the fight. He had every advantage including biased corrupt judges and still was humiliated and outclassed in front of the world.

I can’t recall anything like this ever happening in the past. It was a glorious victory for Bivol that will be hard to top. The look on Ginger’s bloated battered face when they read the decision was priceless. He had received so many “favorable” decisions in his career, he thought he was entitled. He was wrong this time.

I can't recall seeing so many grown men turn into giddy giggling little schoolgirls like this before. This must be very cathartic for you to finally see Canelo lose. But look what it took for that to happen, it took Canelo handicapping himself at a higher weight class and fighting a great Prime LHW Champion like Bivol. For me it's also satisfying in a way because not only is Canelo getting credit for taking on a big risk but it's also proved that he can be beaten by decision something that was said to be impossible. And the fact that even after losing, the complaining hasn't stopped, we're still seeing the same kind of exaggerations about the scoring before, maybe even more extreme with statements like he looked so lost, or "he was dominated for 12 rounds", or "okay 11-1 if I’m being charitable".

Who do you think you're fooling? You're not being charitable to Canelo with those scores. It was a 116-112ish kind of fight, all this proves is that people still don't know how to score Canelo fights if their life depended on it. But carry on, it's quite comical seeing the extreme and hilarious reactions to this match.

Andy Ruiz - Joshua 1 comes to mind.
I remember Joshua was seen as an unbeatable champion prior to that fight.

Canelo was the challenger & Bivol is the champion in a higher weight class.

In reality this was exactly what was supposed to happen & should have actually been expected.
