David Price's entire reputation was based on his win over Audley. During training camp for that fight, Harrison brought the unrated Wilder over for five weeks to spar with because Wilder was tall. Harrison said Wilder hit him so hard during one session, Audley thought his eye had detached from his skull Sparring was cancelled for two of the five weeks. https://talksport.com/sport/boxing/...r-highlights-knockout-tyson-fury-fight-video/ You're welcome, David Price.
He's someone who never made it in pro boxing. I remember he lost to Wladimir Klitschko in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.
Vidoz beat Calvin Brock and Samuel Peter in same olympics. Lezin olympic bronze, world champion and 3 time european champion. All of those four have good careers in olympic style boxing witch you obviously have to have to even be in olympics
And beat Vitali multiple times, beat Wlad, beat Valuev, beat Liakhovich (multiple times) ... basically everyone brought up in this thread who fought as an amateur in the 90s lost to Lezin. Not someone who you'd describe as "soft."
1- Wlad 2- Fury 3- Joshua 4- Povetkin (never had a title but he has better wins than Wilder and Vitali) 5- Wilder
Ibragimov number 5? Im not sure he even ranks higher than Former light heavyweight turned heavyweight Tomasz Adamek.
Don't stop. Keep going. If you keep writing about fighters you don't know anything about, I'm sure it'll all work out. Here's another shovel, keep digging.
