After his unexpectedly good showing against Fury he hasn't really moved to capitalize on it at all. I think he's only fought 3 times since 2019 and the only fighter of note he fought was decisioning Dominic Brazeale which ain't exactly top notch competition these days. Appears to be hanging around waiting for a bigger money fight without risking anything to get it. It's disappointing , a lot of good fights could be made, Ruiz, Joyce, Ortiz, Makhmudov , etc.

In fairness to Wallin, he would have fought Whyte if Whyte hadn’t **** himself at the last minute.

The heavyweight boxers with name & ranking will not face Wallin because he make Fury very difficult fight but still not ranked as top heavyweight.
Too much to lose against not much gain!

Ottomatic is the only man in history to take Tyson ''The Gypsy King'' Fury the distance in Fury's last five fights and the only man to do so since Wlad against a 50% + Fury

The Bronze Dosser was brutally stopped/HL reel KO'd x 2, Whyte was HL KO'd, and Tommy Schwarz was dropped, had his schnozzle shattered and was stopped in 2

The Bronze Dosser of Baptism I and Pianeta only lasted the distance against Fury because they were facing an inactive muscle atrophied shell of him

Looks like he is average and Fury is not very good vs southpaws.

Otto Wallin is nothing special, He had two good rounds against Fury and all the other rounds Fury easily won, in the last fight with Sokolowski Wallin looked very bad and his punches are to soft...

His last outing was pretty damn poor. Pathetic even.

I'd still like to see Wallin Whyte

The fact is that Otto Wallin offered more resistance to Tyson Fury than did two (some would say one) greats, whose dominance (ten-year, and five-year) was broken by Tyson Fury: Wladimir Klitschko and Deontay Wilder.
It is possible that it was Otto Wallin's "career fight" (he certainly had a much higher motivation for that fight than for other fights).

It's beens said...Whyte pussed out of a planned fight.

Wallin has everything but power, and if you look at the faces of Fury and Breazele after their fights, he compensates by still managing to bust up his opponents real good. Wallin will have his day.

    This.

Whyte didn't want to lose his chances of being knocked out from an uppercut delivered by Fury because he got knocked out from an uppercut delivered by Wallin.

Fun Fact: When the shameless ducking of Wallin occured, Whyte was one fight removed from being knocked out from an uppercut delivered by Povetkin.

Whyte will fight AJ again after Usyk has penetrated him.
