Floyd Mayweather by a good margin. He was fighting top notch boxers before he had 20 pro fights. World class boxers.

I don't think Rocky was at the World Class level as long. In terms of quality of opponent. Marciano had some excellent wins those last 10 fights maybe. Those first 40 fights were club fights in Providence.

Mayweather has WAY more depth and the better wins. For all the talk about guys like Oscar, Pac, and Shane not being prime, they were likely closer to prime than Marcianos best wins were.
