    Greatest what of all time?

Though, I'd like to see him fight a couple more guys, I'd like to see him spark dillian, now that would be a highlight reel worthy to add to Dillians ever increasing highlight reel... lol

Yeah I'm just not sold on Wilder coming back although if he does I can't see him fighting the top dogs.
I suspect Fury will hold on and see who gets the rest of the marbles. I think Fury would rather fight AJ for both money and because he will feel more confident. I'm not sure he fancies Usyk who I think can beat him.

What about Wilder vs Stiverne 3 for the vacant belt? The 2 fighters that held the belt before Fury, that would up the significance!

After 2 losses Wilder shouldn't be ranked any higher than #3. If Fury vacates the belt, it's only right that whoever was in the top 2 spots should fight for it.

Wilder will be 37 this year, I know heavyweights usually can hang longer than other divisions but time isn't really on his side either. Has he said anything recently?

I agree with your take on Fury. With Fury, Wilder, Usyk, Joshua all starting to get older and talking life outside the ring, it feels like there's going to be another transitional period coming up soon.

Okay, make the fight between Wilder and Sanchez, since both are with PBC. end of the story. I will be more than happy if Usyk beats either of them for undisputed, since Fury is irrelevant.

We’ll most likely never see Wilder vs. Joshua, which is such a shame, even if it isn’t for any belts.

What if he does a “I’m certain now”. then makes a “I’ve got more to offer boxing” comeback. Nothings certain in sports especially boxing. Tyson Fury is young and may decide to come back. The WBC need to take his word and vacate. That way the division moves on.

WBC are the most slimiest boxing organisation. Pure AIDs. Wilder should have to fight his way back up.

It would only be acceptable if Wilder fights a legit ranked opponent. And even then he shouldn't really be fighting for it.

I've read news about Andy Ruiz fighting Luis Ortiz on August 13. I can well imagine that either this fight, or Wilder against the winner of these two will be for the WBC belt, in case Fury really retired.

Yeah I think it's more complicated for Wilder as it's not just father time creeping up it's the nature of the last two losses that would have been difficult. however Wilder was sold on his power which clearly wasn't enough against someone elite level. I'm not convinced after his behaviour post 2nd and 3rd Fury fight that he has the awareness and maturity to overcome that hurdle. I haven't heard anything post 3rd fight so my guess is more likely retired and as I've stated if he came back it would be weaker competition on the menu.
I agree about a transition as if it's Fury or Usyk I imagine they retire or maybe one defense for Usyk. If AJ came out on top then he could have a few defences due to being a bit younger though he could just retire like the others. It doesn't look clear who's next as some of the other contenders are also in their 30's. I'm making the assumption that these fights all get made but the modern era more often is a let down in that respect. We will just have to wait and see what transpires in the future.
