Lemieux is a warrior. This fight should’ve never been made. His corner did what his promoter wouldn’t. Protect him. Unwinnable fight.

Alright, well, they know their guy and how much they were willing to let him endure. Can't knock them.

Lol because the ref didn’t do his job earlier, resulting in the corner having to throw it in at a strange time? Do you disagree with what I said or are you just expressing your vaginal sand?

No, it's because how he beat him. He made Lemieux look exactly what he was, a level below.

Money would be my first guess.

I think DL is the type of throw back fighter who will fight anyone, no questions asked.

Lemieux's arms are too short to get that jab you use for defense. So he needs to be fighting right in your face, which he didn't. Benavidez is also a great fighter.

Lemieux has no place at 168 at all. I like Benavidez and all but cannot see Charlo or Plant or anyone...even Canelo [he has the titles so why bother ? ] fighting him at 168, may be Canelo will vacate one of the belts if Benavidez becomes mandatory but still meh.

Sick of seeing Benadivez fighting 160lbs midgets that got no place at 168, previous fight was Kyrone Davis and Ellis before that.

Would rather see Benavidez go up to 175 and fight other people with his size like Ramirez, Callum Smith, and many others at that weight, the champions eventually too. He held the title at 168 twice already anyway,no point to stay and drain himself.

Benavidez is trying to make the fight. The belt holders all don't want any part of him.

Can Lemieux send one of his back up set of balls to some of the top 168lbr's so they can step to Benavidez, lol. How Benavidez is squeezing into 168 I don't know but he's huge and a huge problem for the other champs.

Well, he also doesn't move his head or his feet. He's a stationary target, which was target practice for Benavidez.

I had money on Benavidez in rounds 7-12, I figured there would be a feeling out process and what happened in the fight would happen later. Not in the first friggin round...

The ref did his job well. You're just bitching because you saw a man get beat down in a sport that is violent.

This isn't amateur boxing. This is prize fighting. A good ref will give a fighter with a fighting chance an opportunity.

If violence is too much for your liking amateur boxing may be your thing.
