Great Fighters who came at thew wrong time

    Well, they are remembered as great fighters but i agree their recognition would be better except for LAngford who, going by the last p4p of all-time thread in the classic forum, is for many guys the best p4p fighter of all time.

    btw. both Whitaker and Chavez were better than Hopkins and Toney in the 90s - and Jones for that matter.

    the biggest in my eyes is JOE CALZAGHE.he didnt have no real competition for the first 8 years of his career,lucky he has some now.he just missed the benn,eubank and collins era.shame as ther would of been some fantastic fights.:think

    Well, he could have fought Ottke, RJJ, Toney, perhaps even B-Hop but beside that you´re right.

    Oh, Rodrigo Valdez is a beautiful pick! But i don´t agree with Harold Johnson, do you think he would have been as great if he hadn´t fought and even beat Moore, Charles and the others but instead would have been dominant in a weak era?
