In the beginning, I am a fan of Holly. She was so good in a fight but after that, I observe she is just a lackluster performance. I know many of them don’t agree with me but yes she is. She is just trying to put her opponent in a damaged situation.
Holly is an amazing athlete, but she missed the time when she could've become greater - she uses limited striking asset, she's not aggressive even though she has the power, she's too tactical and patient at moments when she has to push. So even being close, she lost for the same reason she lost many of her fights.
I think she does have the power, She was the first woman making Cyborg step back from a punch (yes, she lost to, but gave her a good fight). However, she's going to be 42 soon, so she surely is past her prime and not that good as she used to be. That's why I am saying she missed the moment. She needed a different trainer, making her more aggressive - what you describe as running around is what I ment her being too tactical and patient and not pushing when had to. Otherwise being one that moves a lot isn't a bad thing, but quite the contrary.
Cyborg beat her easily, she just kept pining Cyborg to the cage to stop her punching, look at the effect Nunes`s punches had on Cyborg by comparison.
Wasn't that easy, she usually finishes her opponents, but took her 5 rounds and a decision against Holly. Anyway, Holly missed her chances (she needed a different trainer maybe, to make her more aggressive) and I never mentioned she punches harder than Nunes, but she can punch hard. She's just not a combo person.
