There's a few that spring to mind Timothy Bradley vs Ruslan Provodnikov 6th round ? where both fighters went crazy. Meldrick Taylor's flurry vs Chavez in the 10th round ? i think it was. And ODLH's final assault vs Ike Quartey in the 12th round of their fight.
Sucra ray Olivera was a consumate combination puncher! Also Oscar at the end of Vargas and also at the end of Mayorga!
This version of Camacho I thought had ATG and possibly GOAT written all over him. What he did to Limon was almost criminal. Especially when watched live as I did all those years ago. I thought Camacho would win of course, but didn't see the total destruction of Limon so brutally and early
This isn't a great combination. Sorry. 1st, all the punches are straight punches, no hooks or uppercuts, almost robotic like. 2nd most of those punches are off the gloves or arms. 3rd, no adjustments, if the opponent is protecting his head, drop hooks and uppercuts to the body, get beneath the elbows, and between the high guard to the solar plexus. 4th, no feints, and telegraphed punches. Giving even a boxer as basic as Canelo the millisecond to adjust to what's coming at him. Boxing is filled with absolutely brilliant combination punching. This isn't one of those times. This video in my opinion demonstrates the drop off in skills both from the offensive standpoint and defensive of fighters of the last 20yrs or so especially fighters considered best of the era.
Amir Khan v Michael Gomez, round 4, Gomez has Khan hurt, Khan responds with a flurry of about ten punches that send Gomez from one side of the ring to the other... A thing of beauty
This video of David Benavidez has a few spectacular looking flurries. 01:30 looks tasty. This content is protected
Sugar Ray Leonard with his back against the ropes against Hagler …just a display of heart and determination
