It's embarrassing really. Sky are sanctioning boxers who for the most part took the best deal available to them for risking their lives in the ring while continuing to use Matthew Macklin as a commentator when the whole company was named after him originally. He was also the boss's best mate and business partner. What has Macklin got on Smith and Shalom that they keep using him. He's not that good.

Something definitely stinks with Probellum but you can't put a letter out like that and then let Huey Fury headline ffs. What were they thinking ? Plus the macklin issue , you can't work with someone that was with "Mack the Knife" while he sits there commentating haha.
It looks like they are doing it when it suits which will cause bigger problems down the line. It's either a blanket ban or nothing. Michael conlan was supposedly a hoopie client and his brother was VP of MTK but hey let's not show Danny Dignums fight!!!!
Top Rank have the Conlan fight in Belfast in August, wonder if Sky will promote this. Isn't "Conlan Boxing" just an off shoot of MTK?
