He deserves the respect for earning the titles, now he has some other names he needs to see to verify it.

Congrats to Haney I thought he would win but I thought it would be alot closer. Haney deserves credit he proved alot of people wrong and sits on top of the division. His Jab was sick tonight one of the best jabs I've seen in awhile in a fight of this magnitude.

His jab was the biggest asset in this fight besides his movement. Kambosos really had no answer for it. Great performance overall

After all the pre-fight trash talking, and also being called a rat and informant Haney still praised Kambosos and didn’t kick him while he’s down. Gotta admire that attitude.

He's made a fan out of me and he has retired the email designation, but truth be told he did carry around an email belt for a few years. It's rectified now though.

Also I am not sure he's #1 in the division. Right now Haney, Loma, and Tank all need to fight each other to decide. Teofimo, Kambosos, and Stevenson are also relevant if they decide to move forward at a high level at 135.

There are other prospects rising, this division is regaining the footing it lost when Lopez vs Kambosos went off the rails.

It's amazing that Kambosos has faced little or no blowback for his **** talking from people who normally criticize it. I thought he was getting under Haney's skin a bit but it wasn't a good look for him, he came off slimy compared to someone like Fury who's hilarious.

Going to Australia is not easy. He went on the road and won.

You're meant to take the belts from the champ.

    He wasn't impressive against Kambosos.

I think we all know what that criticism here is about and why it gets applied unequally. It's the same people and for the same reason.

His job is to win the fight. What was your score, seeing as how bothered you are about it.

I'm bothered about how media bias influences perception. Spills over into non-boxing too.

I see him as the new Mayweather, highly talented ring IQ, quick feet and hands, the ability to suck the wind out of the room making it boring. His style is boring and successful, a pretty darn good fighter at 23 years of age. Never gets rattled by **** talking. He also uses the clinch to his advantage. A pretty humble likeable guy. The 8th person to unify since the 4 belt era. Vs tank: he outboxes gervonta, against Garcia, Ryan is not on his level. Vs Loma would be a good tilt but I give the edge to haney. anyway he still has room to grow and move up weight classes, but for now he is not even in his prime yet. Excellent young fighter. And also took kambosis ' best shot and thanks to his defence , he didn't eat a lot of them. His defence is great and his offence (jab) is awesome. He'll be hard to beat!

Okay, so what was your non-media influenced scorecard?

Yes that's true, Haney absolutely outboxed Kambosos, somehow now I think that Kambosos is just a one hit wonder and that Teofimo lost because he underestimated Kambosos...
