Was Bivol a cherry pick gone wrong for Canelo ?

    Well it was either Bivol or Beterbiev and beforehand Bivol was clearly seen as lower risk.
    You can't possibly deny that.

    Even though Bivol is good it was seen as a cherry pick and it went badly wrong

    Everyone saw Bivol as the toughest stylistic fight for Canelo.

    So it's the opposite of a cherry pick.

    Which is no surprise given he's fought Trout, Lara, Saunders and Plant.

    Beterbiev is more than a hard fight. He is most likely, Canelo's first knock out loss.

    No. Canelo like it or lump it has a great resume. Biol was just a step to far and props to Canelo for having the balls to take that fight.

    ALL FIGHTS ARE CHERRYPICKS.

    No fighter ever says, "That guy can kick my ass, I think I'll fight him"..

    It's quite the opposite isn't it?
