    Heart, grit, balls. Whatever you call it, but which heavyweight s had it and which fights did this particular attribute show up in?
    I'll go with Joe Frazier, in the first fight with Foreman, climbing back up and still trying to get back in the fight.!
    And again in his fight with Ali in Manilla.
    Shows such guts carry on, till his corner has to say no more.

    By then it had become a snore bore, sleep walking contest.
    Hardly McVey v Jeannette
    Since Jackson had an injured ankle any kudos would go to him imo but neither man was champion at the time.

    Think the balls on Jack Johnson for stepping into a fight with a mob of fans wanting him to get killed is insane. But for my money, inside the ring, Rocky Marciano had the most heart. He always fought to win, even after he was hurt, never had a round on survival instinct

    James J Braddock against Louis. Took one of the worst hammering s from one of the hardest hitting guys ever.
    Could have pulled out but kept on till knocked unconscious.
