Hard for me to deny it. As far as pure raw talent he has it. You cant teach raw talent. We will never see his full potential unless he starts training hard and gets a real promoter.

He is talented, but unless Mayweather stops playing chess with his matchmaking we'll never see how good he really is. Him struggling with Romero is a sign that Tank is getting worse.

He will lose soon, and it will be a cherrypick gone wrong. That cherrypick might end up being Michael Rivera or someone at 140

Talent means nothing if it’s wasted fighting a bunch of tomato cans. We can judge his talent when he fights someone who is also talented.

I used to think this, but he’s just matched against guys that make him look good

& even then, the Rolly fight backfired. Tank looked bad, and Rolly was widely considered as a joke of a fighter

The most talented LW on the planet doesn't need to be bailed out by his power against Rolando Romero, Mario Barrios and Leo Santa Cruz, and require a gift to win over Isaac "Pitbull" Cruz. So no.... you're wrong.

He has regressed. When he was training and fully focused years back he crushed Pedraza.

He does have a lot of natural talent. But talent wise I think you have to put Old Man Loma first. Then Tank, Haney and Garcia who aren't very off from each other. And obviously as of now with Garcia having the lowest ceiling due to his mental shortcomings .
Why not make the Tank-Garcia fight Floyd? Biggest fight money wise, lowest risk between the other 2 and potentially throws him up the ranks as the Man behind the man, and for casuals he will be undisputedly The Man

I think they both box his ears off too. A properly trained and focused Tank beats them both though. He desperately needs a real trainer, real discipline and an actual promoter.

The corpse of Pedraza, who admitted before the fight happened that he was a shell of a man, because he couldn't make the weight anymore, and that he was so badly drained that he expected to lose. But it came down to either handing over his title for free, or getting paid a ton of money to lose it. He chose option B.

I think he's overrated and protected… He drops rounds nearly every fight to people he should be walking over, his power bails him out but in terms of skill he isn't all that… He's athletic but Certainly not the most talented

If you are referring to physical talent, I would say that yea, he is physically gifted. When it comes to natural fighting ability, you can't really argue for it. He's very uncomfortable when he's put against someone who fights back, and looks like he rather be anywhere else. I'd argue Loma is more gifted in that area.

No, the most naturally talented lightweight is a featherweight in his mid 30s, just because he doesn't have a zero doesn't mean he's not the most talented… None of those guys have the skill of Loma. FACT!
