I want either Floyd Sr. (preferably) or that cat that trains Margo. I forget his name. Help, someone?

Freddie Roach or Dan Birgingham. Both have done a tremendous job with southpaws (pac & winky) and i'm a southpaw.

Is a great call. I think he would be an amazing trainer. Best boxing brain in the game along with Toney.

Just now, I go Roach, he has improved Manny's all-round game significantly. Buddy McGirt is good as well. All of the Mayweathers seem to try and make fighters box to a template, they try to impose little Floyd's defensive counter-punching on everyone they train (like Enzo Calzaghe does with his guys, tries to make them fight like Joe), but not everyone is a PBF or a Joe Cal. It is an effective style they advocate yes, but Roach is better because he works on the all-round game with the particular strengths and weaknesses of each particular guy he trains in mind and doesn't make them conform to his own idea of what is the best way to fight.

I'd get two speed bags for the price of one.

    Same here brotha.

As for the thread. Its either Freddy Roach or Nacho Beristain. I'm not keen on getting Floyd Sr. at all. As good a trainer he is, I won't be able to stand his yelling and the fact that he always likes everybody to follow what he wants to the letter. I'm not that type of guy. I hate it actually.
