If spinks used roids for Tyson, that was a waste of good steroids

Morrison and Holyfield to me are the two most obvious.

Holyfield wouldn't be more obvious if he changed his name by deed poll to Doug Keat, then got a band to march through the middle of New York, waving flags of him injecting steroids while he waves a banner with "I'm a drug cheat" and wears a t-shirt that listed all the PEDs he used in his career, all in an event featuring Justin Gatlin, Lance Armstrong, and Jarrel Miller, with the mascot Steroid Man, during which he gets on stage to announce his PED is and personality thank all his suppliers, which is broadcast on every major television network, and with the event haven been obnoxiously promoted for months in advance by Joe Biden, Donald Trump and Jake Paul.

Ike Ibeabuchi's muscle mass doesn't look like it was gained by natural training.

Chris Byrd has severe nerve damage apparently tied to his long-term abuse of anabolic steroids. He lives in constant pain in his appendages from nerve damage and blood flow issues. He had his hip replaced. He considered having his feet amputated to stop the chronic pain. He's a mess. His admitted mood swings caused the end of his marriage. He tried to attack his kids and nephew.

Now he's back to weighing in the 160s - which he says was always his natural weight - and he's high all the time to try to kill the nagging pain.

The guy went from super middleweight to heavyweight in months and remained there for nearly two decades. Now he's back to the weight he started at when he turned pro.

He has all the hallmarks of a classic long-term steroid abuser from the 90s and early 2000s, regardless of the sport. His is a slightly milder version of the Bob Hazelton story, which went way over the top a couple decades earlier. But still.

Anyone who thinks Chris Byrd wasn't abusing PEDs has to almost make a conscious effort to ignore it.

You may be right that Byrd abused PEDs.
But it does not make sense to say anyone who believes differently almost has to deny the evidence.
The vast majority of folks do not

I saw him looking terrible, really slow & weak looking, trying to be a MW fairly recently.

I am unaware of nerve damage as a usual side effect of steroid use, but am not saying this all could not be true.
Can you send some links that show that his injuries were almost certainly from PEDs?
If he gained pure muscle-when not underweight-too fast that is a good indication.
Although many can be the size he became-& muscle atrophy & losing fat is not so hard to do quickly, wrestlers make weight all the time, dramatic losses including dehydration...

Maybe it was not at all natural for him.

Oddly enough, Byrd was on a show where they measured his T level before and after banging his wife (it was higher after). I have no idea if it was in the normal range, but they might have given the number on the show.

I guess it’s gotta be some kinda miracle how he never failed a drug test in his entire career?

I'm a Holyfield fan, but -- he always went with the latest in science for his training. Presumably, if he took PEDs, he was doing it under direct advice from the best, which would also include things like when to cycle off it to pass drug tests.

    I believe this too.
The amount of people I know at my work place that are on some sort of PEDs is astounding.

Virtually all the local rugby clubs people who I know who play are on them and this is just amatuer level.

I know loads of lads who play football (soccer) who were on them.

Tommy Morrison was similar. Albeit for an entire career.
