A lot of those punches on that last flurry didn't connect. Just seems like AJ was trying to mitigate the absolute humiliation he took from his blown up CW by doing the cool "slip punches with your hands down" approach.

Could have been exhaustion. He looked physically destroyed after the final bell when he sat down.

I would like to offer an official Boxing 24/7 Welcome to the six relatives of Anthony Joshua who recently joined the board and thank you for voting in our poll. Hope springs eternal.

If AJ is more aggressive, he'll quickly gas in the broiling Saudi sun and gets stopped in 7, if AJ does the same thing he did the first time, Usyk amps up the pressure and gets him out of there in 9, if AJ attempts the backfoot tactic he used with Ruiz, that will fail miserable, he feasts on that style, Usyk is immaculate when it come to cutting off the ring, and he'll use that to his advantage, trapping AJ along the ropes and teeing off on him repeatedly, which will also lead to Usyk winning by stoppage. So what I'm trying to say is, up or down, left or right, forward or reverse, upside down or right side up, Usyk knocks him the **** out.

The only difference this time is AJ knows what to expect. This can be an advantage or disadvantage in my view.

it’s sort of like knowing Mom is going to beat your aze when she get home from work.

Even if AJ lands a few flush on the chin and scores a KD I just can’t see a win for the man.
All I see is a stoppage from USYK :boxing1

Usyk has Joshua's number or numbers. Aj will be obliterated again...worse than in the first fight. Any tactics bodybuilder will adopt it will be set aside by the best heavyweight of the world.

AJ is a ruined fighter, his heart is just not in it anymore and he's mentally gone. People expecting him to come out aggressive and confident in his power are expecting something simply not in his nature, it just ain't in there.

Joshua should commit to a body attack with 1-2s as he was doing in the middle rounds last time. I don't think he has much else for Usyk. He just doesn't like getting hit and Usyk is the harder and tougher guy. Usyk was crying of joy after the fight and Joshua was crying in pain in the corner. It's just coming down to someone who can naturally fight vs someone who can just do what a trainer tells him. I don't rate Robert garcia either.

I'd be very impressed if Joshua turned this round. Think Joshuas main problem is he's become detached from reality these days. Fame and fortune have seen him become a walking cliche machine. Needs to start selling drugs again in the ghettos.

AJ comes across soft. Like he doesnt got that dog in him.
At the same time its weird since you feel his persona is fake and he does got that streetside to him that he hides for marketing purposes.

I think during the Wlad fight he got ****ed up in a way he never really recovered from despite winning.

We will see what he does vs Usyk.
Usyk wont be quitting or bowing down.
You see in his eyes that he is much tougher than AJ
