Dmitry Pirog thinks Beterbiev beats Bivol 9 times out of 10 (1 being a lucky punch from Bivol)

Beterbiev is THE MAN at 175. His win over Gvozdyk is by far the best win anybody currently has at 175. If Bivol wants to take the throne he must come at the king and he best not miss.

Bivol has been champ for 5 years and has yet to attempt to unify. Whereas Joe Smith and Gvozdyk all have attempted unifications within a year of their championship and have been brutally destroyed by King Artur.

Bivol reluctance to face Zurdo which can be made via Dazn is quite alarming also.. doesn't help that Hearn is obsessed with Buatsi matchup even though Virgil Hunter his trainer has mentioned he is not ready for Bivol or Beterbiev.

    Ffs.

Bivol is a 168lber. Beterbiev is a huge 175lber. Size ****ing matters you dumbasses. Beterbiev will likely break Bivol down.

Yea, but this site if full of pretentious and disagreeable hipster asswipes who worship the alter of "skillz", whatever that means. I wasn't sure what that meant when I first heard it and I don't think the people who say it know what it means either.

Pirog is a smart guy and was a good fighter in his own right, so not surprising to see this take from him.

Right now the only fighters in that division that have a slim chance of beating artur is Bivol and Ramirez. I’d rather see those 2 face each other first and the winner gets Beterbiev

Looks like Bivol will avoid Ramirez. Eddie Hearn wants him to face Buatsi instead.

How long does Bivol have left with Matchroom and how long is Beterbiev's contract with Top Rank?

After Yarde who does Arum have to offer Beterbiev to fight at 175? whereas Dazn has buatsi, Zurdo, Callum smith, Craig Richards, etc...

Callum smith is in a WBC eliminator with Bauderlique most likely on the Joshua v Usyk 2 undercard.

Beterbiev wants to unify and i think he wants to move up. Maybe he'll defend against Zurdo Ramirez if there's a big WBC push for it. However Oscar does seem to want to protect Zurdo also....

Beterbiev deserves a big money fight after all this effort he has put in.

Whats so hard to understand that Bivol is clearly undersized at 175lbs and therefore at a disadvantage? His fight night weights are on record

Facts. There is a reason why Canelo picked Bivol rather than Beterbiev. Beterbiev ices anyone and everyone at 175.

Shameful duck of Gilberto 'murderers row resume' Ramirez to fight that ginger nobody has heard of from Bivol. Needs to hang his head in shame

To me Pirog's the most aesthetically pleasing fighter I've seen. His style just meshes with my preferences in a boxer. I take his opinion highly as he's clearly a man who reads the game well, he was a master boxer. I share his sentiments that Beterbiev should be able to beat Bivol most of the time they fight.

He was more than good, he was elite, it's a shame his career ended so early because his potential was massive. That American slickness combined with Eastern European brutality was mesmerising to watch.
