His chin hasn't been tested at this level. Joshua hurt him without even throwing a proper power punch last fight.

    We'll see.

This time, Joshua might look like your avatar.

Robert Garcia is going to try to make AJ into Fury from the 2nd Wilder fight. A size imposing walk down type of fighter. The problem with that is Wilder is a moron and Usyk is not, Wilder has a decent chin AJ does not, Usyk is an exceptional boxer and Wilder is not. The only way AJ wins is if he catches Usyk with a great shot and is able to capitalize on it, otherwise he loses again.

They were both hurt at points, yes. But only one of them became discombobulated, disorganised and discouraged after being so. Joshua hit Usyk as hard as he dared, he was reluctant to fully step in with his punches after he was buzzed early on. Caution under fire is an instinctive reaction and not easily trained out of him in a couple of months, if ever. Not when it's a product of mental scars. They never fully heal.

Usyk on the other hand finished the first fight a couple of punches away from KDing Joshua. Despite taking some hard shots in the middle rounds he was prepared to commit to his punches when he saw an opening.

I suspect that flurry on the ropes at the end of the 12th will set the tone for the rematch, very much like the end of Fury vs Wilder 1 set the tone for their second fight.

Joshua will try and impose himself early in the rematch and revert to type once he's buzzed. It's not tactics that need changing in isolation of everything else, it's mindset too and that's harder to do. He's simply not going to step in and throw bombs like he used to without a care in the world about what's coming back.

He's not the fighter he was after Wlad's right hand. Mental scar no1. Since that fight Joshua's head rules his heart, save for the first fight with Ruiz when he felt so superior he was more like his old self in the 3rd. And look how that worked out for him. Mental scar no2.

    I think he's getting stopped...

I'm expecting dirty fight from AJ. leaning, holding, trying to punch his body from the start.

    Let's not forgot Usyks age.

AJ will try anything to win and everyone around will help him.

He's very hittable and very beatable at heavy imo, whether AJ is the man that can do it is another thing, but usyk can be got at, that's for sure!

I don't think so honestly. It's possible but usyk hasn't really stopped anyone at heavyweight. I think hes gonna win a comfortable decision again.

I agree. AJ gasses when pushed even a little bit. If he is allowed to fight at his pace, things are different. That won't be the case, Usyk will keep AJ moving and turning. If AJ comes out swinging and doesn't end the fight early, I think AJ gets stopped around 8-10.

I have already said this a number of time and I apologize for repeating myself, but if AJ comes in "more aggressive" it will just make it easier for Usyk to feed him the straight lefts that rocked him to his ankles.

    Usyk by stoppage.

aj stops usyk. should have stopped him the first time if his team had a clue about boxing. garcia should have him properly prepared this time..

Joshua will stop him and I fear seriously hurt Usyk in the process. Don't see it going 12 rounds tbh.

Here's what is going to happen: Joshua is going to get blitzed in the first round, thereby forcing Fury to fight Usyk - and THEN we will all know who the real man is at heavyweight! Hey, a man can dream, right?

I wonder where it places Usyk historically if it plays out like that, and he ends up beating Fury, too? I'm a sort of 'let the best man win' type of fan, but I have a soft spot for Usyk.

Yeah & that was with AJ not pressing as much offensively, this time AJ will come out differently possibly by being defensive while trying to put more mustard on his punches with his opening & this time he will be looking to Punch through Usyk & not just punch at him,

Though Usyk will also be working on his past mistakes as he has stated that he & his team have been watching tape from the fight to correct those few lines,

The problem with AJ coming in strong is that it will end up killing his Stamina even more quicker as that is already one of his weak points & in the process leaving him to become a sitting duck for Usyk to devour, it will be interesting to see how it all plays out this time around, should be good.
