You’re right there mate. I used to go footy home and away every week pre-covid but realised during lockdown that it was just a habit and I didn’t miss it one bit, plus my bank balance was a lot healthier. Haven’t been back since. Same with boxing - been to one fight since it started back up purely because I can’t be bothered spending a few hundred on shyte cards. Used to go to one every few month pre-covid.
All I can say is Eddie Hearn must have a plan that’s not obvious to me ! If Chisora v Pulev was in my back garden I would close the blinds . I have never found either one of them entertaining but together!!! Horrible card and Matchroom must have problems to think this would do big numbers.
Gimme a local or small hall card with 50/50 fights . Agwarko figting unknown foreigners time after time , avoiding doemstic clashes then changing weight is typical matchroom. Connor benn and fowler and then get beat when the big ones come round . You can **** right off with chsiora headlining , I think the public are fed up with him.
