Joshua might have size and a power advantage everything else goes to Ali and the most important attribute the mental. Ali is on a different planet to Joshua in that respect and it's not even close.

There was no heavyweight in Ali's league when he was in his prime. None. Not Marciano, Not Joe Louis, not Mike Tyson.
Ali was a special talent that the world see's once in a generation. That goes for Tyson Fury too. For some of the brits to sit here and imply that Ruiz might beat Ali is shocking. As far as AJ goes, just wait. Usyk knocks him out in the rematch. AJ would have his clock cleaned by Ali, and probably calls the round. Or AJ quits on his stool.

    You forgot Luis Fernando.

Ive Read some of your stuff that i think is good. But this is not a good argument to convince People back to the Ali worshipping club.

Nothing is impossible if you show me some facts.

In the 60s he was great. And very Good in the 70s but that division was better overall and it is at its all time peak right now with Fury and Usyk Still in their primes.

Luis Fernando must’ve been late to the party.

I also remember some of your stuff like when you tried to argue that favouring someone Ali’s size over someone Joshua’s size was equal to favouring a WW over a LHW, or when one of those two idiots told everyone that Joshua would easily cut the ring off on Ali because he’d beat him in a sprint race. Type of argument that would require someone to be either trolling hard or have zero comprehension of what goes on inside the ring.

It certainly doesn’t take Ali worshipping to see the ridicuolusness and lunacy here.

Someone once said that the difference between a loser and a winner is that when the loser is empty, beaten and has nothing left...that's when the winner gets started!

I still like AJ, and am not saying that he is going to finish his career a loser, but I think it is an apt saying for this thread. When Ali lost two big fights against Frazier and Norton, he could not wait to get them back in the ring and move on to Foreman.

For AJ, the setbacks are crippling. He is a front-runner, and never should have been compared to Ali.

Good luck AJ. The Greatest gave you a template.

Do you still think Joshua - Frazier is an “obvious mismatch” :risas3: Silly stuff like this is why I’m on and off here. Still on OG though, my join date is as old as you’ll find. :pesas:

I made these comments a long time ago during my AJ fanboy days. I still think AJ beats Frazier though, the offensive version of AJ at least.
