I will gladly be quoted as saying, Peter Courtney is the worst fighter I have ever seen on film, or will ever see.

I’m guessing he was just playing the stooge, Corbett was the star, Courtney a necessary opposing player but insignificant otherwise.

Here's boxrec's bio on Courtney which gives some details on his "engagement" with Corbett. Courtney's weight is given as 190 lb vs Corbett's 195 lb. I might have to review the old film again, from recollection I don't know that I would've given Courtney much more than 170 lbs if that.
