    I disagree completely.
There’s no obligation to foght anyone but if you have ambition to be the best you have to foght the best and all these divas havent especially AJ.

Yeah and you probably think Vitali beat Lewis. ROTFLOL
Lewis would have Ko'd Wlad in the 1st round. (Like Sanders)

Every time old pulev got close? He s**t himself
He is good at firing combinations at stationery targets

He definitely gets way too much respect on here

Look, I respect AJ, I'm not a fan and I don't believe he is the best HW, I have hi, maybe 4th, but I respect him.

The problem he has is he is now living in a Furys shadow and when Fury came back it was at first thought by Hearn and AJ himself that it would swing between the two eventually ending in a huge clash.. a bit like every time Pacquaio and Mayweather fought opponents before they clashed... Whoever fought last would have that boost in public opinion.

It hasn't worked out like that, Fury has boosted clear and AJ is in a scrap for his titles and the bookies underdog for probably the first time in his career. Fury is regarded as the number 1 and AJ isn't that close to him.

Also AJ is seeing the boxing public turn on him, jump ship, change sides, the casuals adore Fury, while AJ is confronting a bunch of little students and threatening them for saying he ducked Fury ffs it's embarrassing.

So It's clearly really bothering AJ, he has now signed himself up to an app, he will have even less eyes on him, and it really is a case of "out of sight, out of mind" with the casuals and he knows it.

He has gone from British Boxings Golden Boy to a fighter not many casuals really care about now Fury is on the scene and regarded as the best.

Fury is under his skin, but he has Usyk problems also, he is under severe pressure to win and all he is doing here by saying titles don't mean anything is paving the way for a path to walk if as expected by many he loses.

After all the "all the belts" journey, he will scrap all that for "big fights" for the fans, forget belts... what he means is sure OK he isn't the best, doesn't have any belts but still wants a crack at the best and wants those major money fights.

It's all calculated and planned for every outcome, because if he beats Usyk it will be back to "all the belts" and defending them on the DAZN.

I repeat - AJ is HOF worthy for sure

    But ATG? Sadly not.

He'd have a damn good case for best ever.
Let's be fair, he's over achieved on the back of Olympic favouritism and hype management, I don't expect victories against Fury or Usyk but IF he were to do it, there's not many, if any, that could hold a candle to that sort of resume.

AJ is a very good fighter but he hasn't really shone at the top level. Credit for beating Wlad but Wlad was old and still almost got the KO, then decided to voluntarily hang his chin out to get KOd himself. AJ deserves respect but probably not the respect he is demanding.

It will all be irrelevant very soon, as AJ will disappear into obscurity after Usyk schools him again. AJ is worthy of plenty of respect as are all fighters but no one will care to be honest. He is not an ATG.

I agree. He's a fighter who put his life on the line but so is every other journeyman and they all deserves a limited form of respect.

Yeah he reminds me a bit of a heavyweight Amir Khan. Kinda squeaks through to the top but fails when push comes to shove. He's done fantastic don't get me wrong, but all these gullible plonkers touting him as the next Mike Tyson or Lennox Lewis are deluded. He is the next Frank Bruno, if we are going to use comparisons. And for the record I think Bruno would've stopped him.
