    This is what I found, he has a victory over Cruz in 2015. Is this what you call whooping him? I can see from the footage that a young Cruz is already the far superior athlete, then think about how they have developed since then and what they have achieved. I’m not biting into your silly blanket statements about Eastern Europe fighters and Cubans.
    Note the boos at the decision lol

    It’s just culture. That’s why you have Kenyan runners, Jamaican sprinters. You get pockets everywhere because you get a culture of some success, everyone wants to have that same success. You have greater talent pools to draw from, you don’t have top athletes lost to other sports. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Philippines become a boxing powerhouse in years to come, we’re already seeing that play out to an extent. Japan with Inoue, Ukraine with Usyk and Loma. These things are self-perpetuating once they get going.
