Rahman clearly couldn’t make the weight so I’m glad it’s not going ahead, he would be Ill at 200lb. Paul should be cutting weight and losing all that water and fighting at 180/185 max.

Why are you signing a contract for 200 if you know you can’t make weight, at least be a professional.

 

OK, Jake Paul NEEDS to stop wasting everyone's time by cancelling fights, and he needs to fight a decent fighter who's in his prime.

Jake's strategy was to hope Rahman would chop a limb in order to make weight. If not he got a ready made excuse to cancel the event. I was very surprised when he called Rahman who never fought at cruiserweight

 

Sure, maybe he should sign to fight Crawford “just for lols”.

There’s a difference from say 210 being a push and signing something so outlandish and then claiming you are cutting weight fine, to losing one pound in three weeks.

Not only that, but Serrano etc have also been training for their respective fights.

 

So maybe Paul shouldnt offer life altering money in handicap matches where a less accomplished guy with little upside has no other option but to try and get the money?

No amount of money is worth the humiliation Woodley, Askren and Nate Robinson went through. No man can take an ego hit like that and be mentally okay. Of course low value dudes with no self esteem or no money might think differently but these are world class athletes.
