Ladies and Gentlemen: That fight was a REAL treat for boxing fans! I am Humbled

First of all I'd just like to note:

ZERO CLINCHES (at least from what I could notice)

ZERO COMPLAINING
Lets repeat the best one, ZERO CLINCHES


....what a great mother ****ing fight...

First thing is first: Congrats to all the Hardcore ass Marg fans that had faith in one of the most overlooked and probably the most important aspects of a boxer and that are the INTANGIBLES.

In this particular fight we knew what was in Margarito's favor: Chin(****ing alien), Punch Output(eventually we knew he was gonna land), Stamina(he doesn't stop).

As far as the technicality is concerned Marg was outmatched and it showed throughout the fight, I am sorry but if you weren't impressed by Miguel Cotto's precision then you're mental! The guy had Pin Point accuracy and Cotto nearly smoked the first 4 or 5 rounds of this fight with a couple of close ones because of some hardshots that he took.

I can't remember what round it was, but it seemed midway through the fight Cotto took the round off as far as movement on his feet and he paid the price by eating a left hook straight to the chin on the ropes, followed by an uppercut and a right cross. His nose was jacked from then on out and the fight turned from:

Near boxing clinic ----> A real bloody fight

Seriously This fight was more than I could have expected, these men fought each other with contrasting styles BUT they fought the **** out of each other like two mother ****in throw back fighters.

I was crying for Cotto to win but as each round from 6 on went on More and more you could feel the fight getting Tighter, Cotto breathing harder and harder and Marg just doing what he does.

It was two contrasting styles that wasn't there to ***** around, they were there to fight, Cotto knew he had to move but he NEVER bitched out as shown by his neglect to clinch at all.

Each fighter took turns releasing their shots until 1 man fell - THAT is a ****ing great fight.

Congrats to Marg and his Fans...More importantly gratz to all boxing fans...this was a real classic fight between two very contrasting characteristics... Precision and technicality vs Heart and Toughness With both fighters going at it head to head....It does not get any better than that.

This fight was so great to watch because it was two contrasting game plans two completely different fighters executing their game plan perfectly, they were fighting head to head and it was just a matter of how long could Cotto keep his whits together. It was a fantastic fight, I wanted Cotto to win so bad, but he fought his heart out.
