I mean he already beat Donaire TWICE, who else could give him problems at 118? IMO nobody, so he should definitely move up.
Yes. He's outgrown 118 and it's become difficult to make the weight. He should only stay at 118 for Butler to grab that final belt. But if Bam, Choco, or Estrada gathers the balls to fight Inoue, he should make one defense of all 4 belts. Otherwise, Inoue needs to go to 122 and smoke out Fulton and Ahkmadaliev.
Think BW is his optimal weight. Don't think getting belts in different weight divisions is as relevant as it was during DeLaHoya and Pacquiao's era. He should just stay where he is and make the big fights come to him. But also think he can carry that power to FW
He can be undisputed at 118 and 122. First in history where a guy is undisputed at 2 weight classes, I think.
Bantamweight is pretty thin at the moment. Only Butler and Casimero carry any kind of weight right now 122 has a handful of good fights so him moving up would be better than his current bantamweight options I think the smart move, depending on his weight making situation, is to try to get some of the big names from 115 to move up Gonzalez, Estrada, Ioka, Rodriguez, and a couple others probably offer the biggest fights for him
Of course theres nothing out there for him at 118 the division is a wasteland he should move up to 122 and seek fights with the likes with Akhmadaliev and Fulton and unify the titles there although those fights wont be easy to make.
For sure i think Fulton is pretty good hes the best guy at 122 IMO. Would love to see him and Inoue go at it.
I think 122 will be Inoue's best division for pound for pound power. After he beats Butler he should move up.
He's one fight away from being undisputed and Butler wants the fight. Fulton and Akhmadaliev can get that work from Butler after he harvests Inoue's belts
Trolling... BUT I will say that Butler isn't the bum people are making him out to be. I don't give him much of a shot at beating Inoue, but I don't think he's gonna be blown out in a few rounds. He's an educated and excellent mover, so I see him last 8-9 rounds or until Inoue really decides he wants to end it.
If Inoue vacates his belts and moves up to 122 without facing Butler that's a certified duck Of course Butler isn't a bum. British bum is an oxymoron Most run in the opposite direction from the Inoue smoke but Butler runs towards it even though everyone says he's crazy to do so
