A Wallin rematch would be an obvious tune up and test the waters fight for Usyk. I'd also rather see Wallin get the payday and the shot than Chisora, who has been gifted far too much already.
Imagine if Fury had a tough fight again though: that would test his mettle, if he still fought Usyk after that it would be even more impressive.
Fury should spend this time in the gym working really hard, getting into the greatest shape he's ever been in, absolutely devastate and annihilate the Joyce-Parker winner & scare the crap out of Usyk and Joshua. Then if Tyson Destroys the winner of those two, he's in the top 20 ATG HW, imo. Is a fight with Joyce/Parker even possible? You guys know all that stuff, I'm not up on the business end of boxing.
Whoever thought this would happen needs to get in touch with the reality that they are very, VERY gullible.
Oh man I can't believe this, this is the fight that everyone has been clamouring for, it was going to clearly beat Mayweather/Pac PPV numbers, why God, why!!!! Let's be serious this fight was never on. Can't believe some people took this seriously. I bet if Fury said he was fighting Mike Tyson next some people would actually believe him.
Sounds like proven warrior Chisora who has literally fought everyone and their dog and knows not the meaning of fear bottled it. He obviously had a change of heart after witnessing Baptism II and III and what Fury did to his arch rival Whyte who he should be 1-1 against and would be 2-0 against if not Whyte's ref doing his not so subtle best to sabotage Chisora's chance of winning. Fury toyed with Whyte level Chisora before lowering the boom and knocking him out in HL reel fashion. And obviously Fury performed a baptism on Chisora in their rematch too. But we keep on moving. On to the next one.
This was never ON.... I said when it was announced it was just trolling......and there were several threads off the back of it... Clearly trolling works on many including the Op..
Where's the poster that said he wanted to give his "friend" a big payday and that's why the fight was happening lol?
Nothing more than a gag to hype the real fight against the Usyk-Joshua winner. Helps keep Fury in the news while he's in this phony "retirement. "
