Yep. I think a lot of it also has to do with the all-time low public opinion of Joshua, and how Usyk is relatively unknown in the West. Which is a shame, because it’s a massive fight. The fact that it’s in Saudi also doesn’t help.

 

Has Eubank ever been below 160? The bloke looks lean as anything at 168 and skin and bone at 160. Less that 160 and a rehydration limit is going to be a struggle.

 

Eubank has never beat a world class fighter and was schooled by Groves.

 

Groves is like 100% above Conor Benn and big skilful technical hard punching Super Middleweight. Groves gave Eubank a technical schooling and Eubank physically injured Groves effectively ending his career. Benn is going to get beat mercilessly and this is all avoidable. It’s not even proving that Benn is a world class fighter or the best Welterweight in Britain because of the trajectory Matchroom put him on. In boxing there is always the moment of truth. They are trying to handicap Eubank Jr with the weight restrictions but it’s not going to work. I just hope Benn can take his beating as a man and his intensity and style play into Eubank’s hands. Also DeGale and Williams amongst other opponents Eubank Jr beat were world class.
