Eubank Jr is an arrogant tool

Hope Benn smashes him, but know hes got hardly any chance.

    Eubank's won the early bantz,
Benn's hampered by his beard transplants,
But stand by for his parting shots,
That Eubanks hair is really dots,

Watched the presser earlier on and it was fairly respectable between the two with the odd back and forth.

One thing that stands out is that Eubank got Benn to bite so ****ing easily lol

If he chooses too - which I think he will - Eubank can certainly get inside his head. Wouldn’t be a bad game plan either….. if he can rile Benn and have him come out even more reckless then he’ll be more prone to getting caught with big shots

Heard Benn say the "apple doesn't fall far from the tree" quote in 3 different interviews now. There's nothing worse than a thick person who's been media trained and can't think on their feet.

Lol can you really blame him. He’ll be bored of the same questions being fired at him time after time

For example, someone like a Boxing Social will interview a fighter and the next news outlet that’s stood right next to them will then have there turn and ask the exact same questions.

Enjoyed the presser though despite being a bit iffy over the weight issues

I lost 50 quid at the bookies because I forgot to cash out at the last moment when their eyes locked longingly.

But I put 50 quid straight back on at the chance they will kiss between now and the fight. However, there's a Matchroom clause where any kissing after the fight makes all bets null and void.

Eubank fights at 160 a lot and comfortably. It’s probably his optimum weight. He will make 157 fine even with hydration. Benn has been struggling to make weight for a while now so was going up to 154 anyway I’m led to believe so again it’s not too much of a big step up for him. The weights aren’t an issue. The vastly more experienced Eubank should win you’d imagine but I think it’s a good fight nonetheless. Really looking forward to plenty of Sr on the Tele.

Father son chemistry, no necking, just love and respect.

Young CHRIS is proud of his boy BENNE but he also knows the kid is going to need a fatherly beating to within an inch of his life for his own good here, out of love. Belt job, life lessons.

Same way BENNE respects his dad CHRIS, though he showed a little childish petulance there at the presser like any boy testing his fathers authority but knows deep down that “dad knows best” and the beating he has coming is all part of his growth as a man; he’ll thank his dad for this when he’s older.

Presume the price of this hasn’t been announced until they get some confirmation of the undercard?

I don't think you should expect anything special from the undercard. Think it will be as bad as Fury vs Whyte. The main event sells all tickets so there is no need for Matchroom to spend money on it.

A blockbuster event deserves a blockbuster card given the headline fight is a non title fight between 2 limited fighters incapable of dethroning any decent world champion in the ring.

If both of their fathers were proper working men, this fight would be no different to watching the entertaining Sam Eggington who gets paid peanuts in comparison.

The jury is still out on Conor Benn. None of us really know if he is worth anything on the world stage. In contrast, Chris Eubank Jr. has proved that he belongs up there.
