How big of an underdog should Canelo be for the Bivol rematch?

For arguments sake we will say he beats Golovkin convincingly enough that it isn't controversial.

What would you expect Vegas to put on him as odds for the Bivol rematch?

His only chance is to land a bomb that KO's Bivol and that is pretty unlikely. Bivol is not only naturally bigger he is just as good a boxer as Canelo. Canelo is highly skilled and tough but there is just too much to overcome against Bivol. I doubt we ever see the rematch.

Slight underdog at best. He got a 115-113 card. He's absolutely in the fight ...

i agree. i believe he misjudged bivols toughness. he figured he would put the same punches into him that broke down all the smw he beat down. he did get those same shots in, but bivol didnt wilt. i think in the rematch he is going to just outbox him. or plan to anyway. people forget he is one hell of a boxer, and not just a skilled smasher. i think hes gonna slick it up in the rematch.

    Outbox bivol.......get real
Best thing for canelo to do would be to fight guys his own size and forget about bivol.

Some people on here need reality check. Such a *****. Canelo won at best between 0-2 rounds.
No way you can make a case for more rounds than that. He was schooled.
And people talking he outboxing Bivol - muihahhahahahahahhahaha. Bivol is like 100x time a better boxer than Clenbuterolos.

He needs to get passed GGG first before this question can be asked...

    Huge underdog.

Thankfully it won't happen, and he'll be near favourite meaning there'll be good money to be won in Bivol repeating the trick.

Canelo can't knock Bivol out and he can't win 7 rounds against him. He has no chance whatsoever.

If he's fighting at LHW a big underdog, if it's at SMW, then it's a 50-50 fight.

Bivol is WAY too good. He should just forget about Bivol and build his reputation back up by taking down Benavidez and locking down the rest of the 168 division for the years to come
