I remember reading a review of that movie which erroneously claimed that Corbett was an advisor on set - never mind that poor old Jim had passed away 9 years prior in 1933!

Perhaps Jim was a “spiritual” advisor I guess, maybe - like the ghost of Bruce Lee in the all time classic movie: No Retreat, No Surrender.

I would prefer a nice gentlemanly discussion. Some of the people I’d like to sit and talk with are Gil Clancy, Jim Lampley, Ray Leonard, and Al Bernstein. There are many others but that’s enough.

With a debate you are not going to change someone's mind, they are just going to get angry and upset with you. I may not agree with someone but their opinions will remain their own just like mine will remain mine. I will not debate even a famous athlete.

Too many to name. I’d be paralysed by all the choices.

Jack Johnson and Sonny Liston. Two men who were brave
beyond common sense and self preservation.
When considering what they were doing during the times
they were in. Miraculous they wasn't lynched or simply
    killed.

Aaron Pryor and Carlos Monzon. I'll go with Pryor first because I might not survive the debate with Monzon.

I almost sent Pryor a message on Facebook about his cheating but since we weren't friends I don't know if he'd see it and he was friends with Arguello's family so I didn't.

Archie Moore. Fighter and Trainer stories. I mainly want to know about him and Foreman…I feel there is so little out there about those two.

I would like to have a friendly debate with Floyd Mayweather about his self proclamation of being the best ever.
I would use Floyd's own resume as the foundation of our discussion.
I would begin with what I like to call the 100ko club! This includes fighter with over 100ko's like for example Sandy Saddler, Archie Moore, Sugar Ray Robinson just to name a few. I want to say Henry Armstrong aswell if my memory serves me correctly.
Then after Floyds feathers get ruffled a bit I would bring up the what I like to call the 0 loss club including boxers like Ricardo Lopez with 51w 38ko, Edwin Valero, Joe Calzaghe, Rocky Marciano, Andre Ward.
Then at this point We would sit down together and rewatch and rescore the Castillo#1 fight.
After all of this If he still believes he is 'TBE' because he says so I will lick the palm of my hand and slap the s@#$ out him so he can wake up! Lol!

but not a debate just an interview
A debate would have to be Floyd. I had a chance to talk to him for like 1 minute a few years back and we had a discussion about whether he would beat Bruce Lee or not in a fight...
