Down. After that little outburst Hearn is going to match Josh with some extremely soft touches. Hell, I think Joshua is finished at the elite level.
The post fight was embarrassing, but Joshua put up a better fight IMO. He's certainly still one of the best in the world at Heavyweight
No, just Joshua. That little outburst he had makes me question if Joshua still has his heart in the game and I doubt he does now.
Down. He didn’t make any real adjustments, he essentially fought the same fight again, just with a few more body shots. That signifies that he’s either unwilling or unable to adapt to an opponent, and both are bad. Not to mention his outburst that has been memed on social media, lowering his stock among casuals as well as boxing fans. Go into any barbershop or bar and talk boxing, and you’ll find very few people who still believe that Joshua can beat Fury.
It's treading water. It didn't go down because he lost to the best or second best HW for the second time in a row. It definitely didn't go up, there was no "he fought better" moral victory here. He lost again, simple as that. Then he cried because he was outmanned.
This makes literally no sense. If his heart wasn't in it, he would've skulked off without saying anything. Being passionate generally means you care about something.
Exactly Joshua has fought whoever he could get in front of him. Which means he has had to compete with different types of big men. Sometimes there are just opponents who are a bad style match up. Suggestions of retirement and being finished at the elite level seem premature. Joshua is 32 and Usyk is 35. Giving the high energy style of Usyk, I doubt time is on his side here. Joshua can come again if the desire is there
