In their primes, Frazier and Tyson's average weights weren't that far apart. Maybe 10 lbs. I don't think such a marginal difference for two guys with similar heights is what separates Frazier's power from Tyson's.

    205 lb

Joe Frazier vs. Muhammad Ali, no 205lbs fighter ever punched with Tyson`s power.
In his prime Tyson weighed 218 pounds, 15 pounds difference and Tyson was jacked.

You gave numbers that were precisely 13 pounds apart & called it 15.
What good is it to parse statistics in supposedly exacting ways when you either get very easy math wrong...
Or cook the numbers in a petty, extremely obvious way?
It does not look good for your credibility of cause.

As for your other point, yes, Tyson carried significantly more muscle than Frazier, mostly in the upper body.
But that in itself does not necessitate hitting harder, otherwise lifters who are bigger than Mike would hit as hard or harder.

Shavers weighed around 205 and sometimes even less pre-prime and sometimes even in his prime. 206 vs Lyle when he almost beheaded him with a left hook. big chance he hit as hard and harder than Tyson at these weights.

    Foreman, Shavers, Wilder hit harder.

Weaver hit as hard, probably Tua. A case could definitely be made for Wlad hitting at that level.

Ruddock was a few seconds away from laying on the canvas when the ref stopped their first fight. He wasn't recovering from being in that kind of trouble, not against a still decent Tyson.

Maybe Liston. Foreman, Shavers, Bonecrusher, Ruddock and Morrison (maybe they were a bit one handed to make this list, though), Lewis, Tua, Ike, Wlad, Sanders (maybe also too one handed), Peter and Wilder (mostly the right, but that is the hardest single punch I've ever seen).

Williams and Cooney in their left hooks, but not enough in their rights to make the list for me. That could the be the case for some of those I included as well, though.

I think that was one of the things fighters sometimes say to come off as humble. Like Ali's "Williams would have knocked me out in his prime" and similar. It's clear from film that single hooks from Tyson had bigger effects on bigger opponents imo.

I was thinking of Weaver. Haven't really seen enough of him to make a call, but my feeling was that he was just below Tyson. Hard to say, though.

One punch power I'd say there are at least 20 or 30 heavyweights that hit juat as hard or harder but that doesnt mean they are more deadly or likely to stop people like mike did. It was the whole package with a peak tyson. Speed of a featherweight, accuracy, desire to 2anna do damage and decent power = knockout artist.

Many hit harder than Tyson, even though he likely reaches a 9 in power for a HW: although the percentage of 10's or any extreme is low, the number is high.
A miniscule percentage of the population is at least 7" tall, but ~ 2800 individuals are.
He fought others besides Razor that hit harder, Bonecrusher & Bruno.

But you likely know that almost nobody who does not come in the ring at least as a HW/200 lbs., hits harder than Tyson?
The lighter guys you mentioned only (may all but mostly) hit harder

Unlikely even Langford or Sheppard hit as hard in absolute terms.
There blows will have significantly more impact against the smaller men they overwhelmingly fought.

Even the KO king Moore did not hit the hardest for his weight: effectiveness & extreme longevity is different than absolute power.
