PBF would have shattered Khan’s Glass Jaw into a million pieces.

Going by that logic, I guess Mayweather was petrified of Lamont Peterson too.
I mean, if Peterson is easy, Mayweather could have gladly signed for it...

The only way you can make such a ridiculous statement is if your head is in your ass.

Prime against Prime???? Mr. Khan is clueless. Prime Khan would not have beaten the Mayweather who fought Pacquiao. Prime Money would have destroyed the weak-chinned Brit.

The problems he posed for Floyd are : speed, volume punching, fast feet, awkward movement. Floyd of course would be looking to time Khan, and maybe he could catch him with something and hurt him. But if he doesn't, Khan has a very real ability to outbox Floyd with volume punching. But, Prime for Prime, I would have to favor Floyd, especially at 147. Take the Hatton version of Floyd which in my mind is the best version of Floyd ever, it would be a very competitive and entertaining fight vs Prime Khan. Prime Mayweather is very difficult to beat, but Khan would give him a good test. 2014-2015 Mayweather vs Khan, would have to favor Khan simply because Mayweather was pretty much done and unmotivated at that point. Yes he beat Pacquiao, but that was a horrible one-armed version of Pacquiao. Floyd clearly ducked Khan around that time and for good reason, he woulda given him fits.

Floyd from the Corrales fight to the Hatton fight gives just about anyone from 130 to 147 in history a hard fight.

Pre-first retirement Floyd was a special fighter.

Khan is saying this because that’s what fighters do, they have a fighter mentality and no matter what can’t see anyone beating them. The problem here is that no version of him would have ever beaten Floyd, especially the lower weight prime Floyd. He might have made a decent account of himself for a few rounds or landed the occasional good shot or combination. But he would have been broken down and stopped.

If you think fast feet and fast hands coming from a guy who's a frontrunner who fights the same way from round 1 to round 12 with no adjustment who's chinny to boot is the recipe for giving pbf fits then you don't know **** about boxing my friend. Fast feet?? What about his **** footwork? Not only that his feet aren't faster nor is his footwork better than pbf. Khan can't fight going backwards nor can he fight on the inside he also has very leaky defense. That's bad for an accurate puncher like pbf who will beat him to the punch and counter him with something he doesn't see which will hurt him. As soon as Khan gets hurt he falls apart we've seen it throughout the course of his career. Also volume punching doesn't mean anything here pbf isn't there to be hit what part of that don't you understand? Fighters usually have career low workrates and connect percentage when they face him, Khan would be no different. To a casual Khan looks impressive throwing fast punches in combination moving in and out but to an astute boxing fan like me I see a very basic and flawed fighter with no plan b or c, no wrinkles to his game. If you want to con yourself into believing a guy like Khan could trouble and outbox pbf be my guest but you'd be wrong. Better boxers than Khan couldn't do it some couldn't even come close.

I see pbf using his jab to the body to set up Khan to lull him to sleep making him look downstairs then following it with a hook upstairs catching him with a punch he doesn't see rocking him and from that point the fight is over. This would happen within the first 4 rounds either he gets stopped then or he gets beat up and soundly outboxed for the rest of the fight. Even a faded pbf is too much for khan.

Khan's problem isn't his chin or his defense, it's his ring IQ. He can't adjust, he can't stick to a gameplan, and he can't follow his corner's instructions.

And you're right about Khan's feet not being faster and him not being able to fight backwards. Khan's feet are slow. Like I said before, Maidana and Algieri, neither of whom are known for their footwork or footspeed, were able to chase Khan and catch up to him.

Also, Khan fans are hypocrites. They whine about Peterson beating Khan because of help from the ref, when the only reason Khan didn't get stopped by Maidana was because of help from the ref. They criticize Floyd for fighting slower opponents, when Khan avoided anyone with even DECENT punching power for years after Prescott and Garcia, with the exception of Maidana.

Khan fans say that Khan did better against Judah and Maidana than Floyd did, but conveniently leave out the facts that Judah was past his best when Khan fought him, and Maidana had Khan stumbling around like Otis from The Andy Griffith Show.

Khan just trying to keep his name current in his dwindling time in the darkening spotlight.

Love him or hate him Mayweather was a winner and after a couple of rounds he would have been beating Khan like a drum.

Amir you did well in the squared circle despite a suspect mandible, you made good money and got your name in annals of boxing history as a world champion, now is time to rest that mandible and stop talking nonsense.

Two fighters had Floyd Mayweather shook. 1. Antonio Margarito and 2. Amir Khan. Floyd Mayweather avoided them like the plague. Amir Khan's biggest weakness of a glass jaw wouldn't even be a factor in this fight with Mayweather's xylocaine infused feather fists not having enough pop to KO anyone. The last time Mayweather KO'd an opponent was Victor Ortiz which was a free shot on a defenseless stupid Ortiz, and prior to that it was Ricky Hatton years back where Mayweather got some help from the ring corner post that Hatton got punched into head on collision.

Mayweather didn't want no Khan problems for a reason.

Khan didn't have the ring IQ to compete with Floyd.
