Got a few hot takes for this card.

    1. Abner Mares will look completly shot to pieces and loses a Split Decision to Miguel Flores who is nothing special by the way but be more durable at 135 pounds without the weight cut.

    2. Mike Plania will have his coming out party tonight.

    3. Ruiz/Ortiz will end in the first three rounds.

    4. Cruz struggles with Ramirez but gets the W in a close fight that could be scored either way.

Agreed don't really understand it. Why not Friday if they can't do Saturday?

I'm a huge Ortiz fan but unfortunately his legs are completly gone. Andy throws explosive and fast hands and unlike a lot of other HWs he can throw combinations too. I think he catches Ortiz and puts him down. But i wouldn't be shocked if Ortiz catches him. I mean losing all that fat isn't necessarily a good thing for him. Might have lost some of his punch resistance. Arreola dropped him and Arreola couldn't even drop Kownacki in a 12 round WAR.

    Fury gave Ruiz his blessing
    Wilder gave Ortiz his

    We now know the outcome.

PPV card starts at 9 PM Eastern time, 6 PM Pacific time.

Main event should be starting sometime after 11 PM Eastern, 8 PM Pacific.

Undercard will probably start about 6 PM Eastern or 3 PM Pacific - so in about an hour.

People have been fooled by Ruiz posting pics with black vests on and his belly sucked in again.....
Lets face facts he is fat as a pig as usual weighing in at 268 again same as AJ 1 and 12lbs heavier than when he fought Arreola.
His only saving grace is Ortiz is about 50 years old.
I want Andy Ruiz to succeed as he seems like a genuinely nice guy but FFS Boxing is your Job and your job is to get in shape (not the shape of a sphere) and turn up and fight and turning up in that sort of shape you are making your job a lot harder than it needs to be. Work smarter not harder. Hope Ruiz wins though.
