    I will go the other way, but let the better man win.

    If Ruiz is still denuded from losing weight like he was against Arreola, you are right. If he has rebuilt himself a little, this will end a quest that Ortiz has had since Jack Johnson won the title, turned around and drew the "color line" against his own.

    Ruiz came in good shape, lighter on his feet dealing with a southpaw known for boxing. Ortiz wasn't going to crack that chin, and Ruiz had fast enough hands to dissuade Ortiz from exchanges that Ruiz would come out on top of. Bloody good effort from Ortiz though.

    I think eventually this was bad for both fighter's careers.
    Ortiz because he lost at the official cards and (again) got dropped a couple of times. Ruiz for getting outboxed by Fidel Castro's former bodyguard.
