Who will you be rooting for: Savannah Marshall or Claressa Shields?

Who says I'll be watching this, my dutiful girlybox ally of a friend? If they segregated it to its own TV cards and let it either stand on its own two feet or die a death, I wouldn't have a problem. The woke network scum very much are telling erstwhile followers of boxing to watch the womens' sport, week in and week out, and giving them little choice but to endure it by integrating it with the version of the sport they actually tune in for.

I’d like to see Marshall slay the foul Uruk-hai monster.

 

Both fighters have what it takes. I wouldnt be surprised by any outcome. Lets see what happens.

The only results I care about are the ones between Shields and Marshall.

 

Looks like 49 posters are going to be A.) Crying Robbery or B.) On the Su watch!

 

Seems like Shields is faster then her, has more experience, can clinch & use the ring well as well as punch fast using combinations,

Shields also has her hands up unlike Marshall who seems to be very slow like at times, who doesn't jab as much & has her hands down allot while plodding forward,

So looks like the advantages go to Shields in those departments expect for the size, i don't know how Marshall while be able to cut the ring off & tag her or even catch up to her in the case Shield's decides to tap & evade, or maybe it's just me?

 

Man, the atmosphere for this match is gonna be special. If the action is as good as most of us think it will be, this might be one of the best fights of the year.

I'm not a fan of Shields but that was pretty good.

Agree with this, cant put the blame on her for someone else's actions regardless.

Perhaps i will be wrong come fight night, but i just feel Shield's is more experienced, punches with fast combinations, seems to have better foot work as well, keeps her hands up unlike Marshall & just having re watched their match from the Amateur's i thought Shield's did better while being more active but they instead gave the victory to Marshall,

Marshall seemed to do very little, was clinching throughout & avoiding Shields "you know the typical UK avoid the aggressor but be awarded the victory style", while Clarissa on the other hand was landing better punches granted she missed some as well, feel she got screwed there & you never know being that their Fight is being held in the UK she could be headed for a repeat,

Just my opinion.
