In Thailand some companies used to sponsor the nickname of fighters.
    Khaosai Galaxy
    Thammanoon (CP Freshmart) Niyomtrong
I also remember watching guys with the nickname of car dealerships.
"Popper Stopper" found this one on Boxrec
Not Boxing but I like the "God of War" on UFC, Stone Cold Steve Austin amongst all the good ones mentioned previously

Youre right. In 1982 he legally changed his name, but prior to that Marvelous was just his nickname.

Speaking of sponsored Thais, one of my favorite flyweights of all-time is Medgeon 3-K Battery. (Boonsai Sangsurat) He won the WBC flyweight title in 1999 and had one successful title defense. I remember being happy when he won the belt. I didn't realize until about five years later that the champ he took the belt from was none other than Manny Pacquiao.

    Motorcity Cobra anyone?
Raging Bull and Manos Di Pedra are always great.
    Hitman is a good one
The ghost always sounds a bit of a strange nickname to me but always thought it sounded good when Pavlik had it.
Iron Mike so simple but worked
