It would ratify what the unofficial judges from the 1st fight (our eyes) saw, much like Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 did to confirm what we saw in Pacquiao vs Marquez 3. And although on paper Marquez is 1/2/1 vs Pacquiao, most hardcore boxing fans have him 2/2 or 2/1/1 and view the quadrilogy as a draw or edge it to Marquez.

It's one thing to accept a decision of a close fight where you scored for one fighter and the decision went to the other. It's quite another (and intellectually dishonest) to morally sanction the judge's decisions on a fight that the vast majority of people clearly scored for one fighter that the judges gave to the other, particularly when the beneficiary of this partial scoring has routinely had nonsensical scorecards like Canelo has had vs Mayweather, Kovalev, Khan, and Bivol. A GGG knockout would be a middle finger in the eye of Vegas and a glorious victory over the establishment for GGG.

Justice is what it would be he should have at least 1 win over 'nelo and for me 2.
It would be an elite level win against a top class opponent. While past his prime.
It would huge. It's also a very slim chance of happening. Although Canelo aging out suddenly after jumping up and down the division isn't totally out of the question.

In another thread over 20 boxing experts, boxers, trainers and reporters, picked Canelo to win, most by TKO.

So yeah, it would be historically huge.

It would be a great win. The 3rd win against him IMO. Of all GGG fights I watched I was only nervous 2 times. One was the Deryvchenko fight, to me the closest fight of all the GGG fights that I’ve seen. The only other fight I was nervous about was GGG vs Canelo 2. Not because I thought Canelo would beat him but because of the blatant bs scorecards of the first time around.

Right up to there you had me. I was like wow Shadow is not only making sense but he seems rational. The last line with the never beat comment I didn’t agree with as I think he did already 2x but in an absolute sense you are correct.

Then you fall off a cliff with everything after that.

I’m kinda glad it made me feel icky inside agreeing with you LOL.

Thank you for going Full Shadow and restoring my faith in the universe.
