Yeah, he's good. But there are hundreds of talents like him out there. People calling him a future HOFer or ATG is just ridiculous. I don't see him beating the elite guys like Chocolatito, Estrada or Ioka at 115. And i'd pick a guy like Martinez blindly too. Even Sunny Edwards would probably take this guy to school if he moves up to 115. People once again got way too excited for a young guy beating up a couple of old, washed up guys.
Chocolatito, Estrada definitely break him down. Ioka has been kind of shoddy lately, but he's able to produce something of his best, and with the judges being fair.. He's a notch or two above.
Argie Martinez beats the crap out of him and stops Rodriguez imo. Unlike Gonzalez, Chocolatito, Ioka or Estrada, this Martinez guy can crack.
He's got room to improve since he's so young. He beat 2 over-the-hill fighters and got overrated a bit. He need to tighten up his defense and slow down a bit. Bam may still live up to the hype, but he need to defend better against bodyshots and headshots.
No, stylistically I said Martinez ravages him even after he beat Sor Rungvisai. The kid is overrated as hell, and got lucky he had two walking corpses placed in front of him this year.
even that idiot boxing fouts was riding this guy so hard saying he beats inoue, and i told him inoue wouldnt fall for this kids slow ass angles.
Tonight was the first time I caught a live fight of his, and I'm not impressed at all He hits hard for a super-flyweight but I don't see this supposed generational, potential ATG talent that everyone talks about
I could see flashes of the hype, but Gonzalez had a solid gameplan. Bam is young, but right now he gets hit too easily and needs to work on his defence, against harder hitters than Gonzalez he could have been in trouble tonight
