Its irritating the way certain people in the sport or media are calling this an 'upset'.I,like several others on here, was CONVINCED Cotto would lose.

Let me give you an example.

Critique: "I have a feeling that David Haye will get caught sooner or later in a fight, I worry about his chin as he's gone down previously and seems a little dodgy in that area but you got to say, his punching power is a great leveller"

What you and Amsterdam do: "LOL You dumb ****s, you shouldn't pick Haye, he's all chin, he's useless, he's going down to the first real HW he faces because he's a chinny bum"

    That isn't critique, that's disrespect.

I did give Marg his credit, but my opinion of him is that he's a solid, tough, 1 dimensional fighter, that's not going to change, as he was tooled for the first half of the fight and did place his will on Cotto.

Cotto fought a tactically shitty fight, which assisted in his loss. I still feel that Cotto is a top fighter and a special fighter, but I feel he's not as good a ring tactician as I thought, THUS, the change in opinion.

    It's not shitting on anybody.

And Andrade is not a poor mans Margarito, he actually may be more powerful P4P, sitting down on his shots more, where Marg mixes sat down shots in with arm punches. He also has freakishly long arms with surprising timing, although Margarito showed surprising timing last night.

Either way, you won't be able to compare them now publically, after Marg's big win and Andrade a few months off from a possible good win. We'll see how that works.

Where did I give him no credit? Because my opinion that he's still not an 'elite' fighter in my definition hasn't changed? He won the fight, it remains to be seen if a repeat performance against a different top fighter will happen.

What he did against Cotto was an incredible show of will and fortitude, I was very impressed with that and it demands high respect, but he's getting it 10x over as well, so I don't need to repeat this.

Clearly won 7 rnds? You mean thats what you wanted so bad its what you saw. Many people including the judges didn;t see it that way. This clearly winning BS is your opinion.

I feel the same way when this guy and Divac refuse to give credit to Pacman. They basically fighter haters and nothing more.

By the pivitol 11th round two judges had Margarito 2 points ahead and one judge had it even.
How you determined that Cotto had won 7 rounds is beyond me.

There were many instance that the ******* Jim Lampley did not call.
Cotto was clearly hurt twice in the early rounds, once by a body shot that seemed to double him over on the ropes.

In the latter rounds, Cotto was hurt badly in the 7th, the 10th the 11th and ultimately finished off.
I wanted Margarito to win this fight because he has been overlooked by people like you for so long. Never given his due.

Cotto definetly fought the fight wrong. Cotto is a masterful boxer and a brilliant fighter, and my hope for him is he comes back badder than ever to win another championship.
He fought a galliant fight and never gave in until he had to.
    Much respect for Miguel.

How the hell can you call Cotto's whiskers " Shakey" The hellacious shots he took from margarito and kept fighting proved exactly the opposite in my opinion

I agree, I was like where is the body shots. I knew before I watched on You Tube he lost because he must have been trying to trade shots with Margarita. He got beat by his on tactics.

Finally some sense in what you are saying instead of always sounding like a *****.

If you wanna get you money back. Bet in favor of pac even if you don't like him or even if you are not a pac fan!

Anybody he fights next (except of ODLH) you can bet on him! We if you bet with pac over ODLH make sure you get 10X's a what you bet!

    Cheers!
