Professional boxing is a business and I don't think Hearn is lying about the contract. It's not just 2 guys saying they want to fight lol.

It's big money for everyone why would Hearn try to stop it

Because he knows in the long run he'll make more money milking Joshua rebuilding and doesn't like either Fury or Warren. He also clearly wants it on his network which is the wrong place. Fury will destroy him and then Joshua is done.

    It's what Hearn always does.

Obviously it's not 2 guys saying they want the fight, but they both clearly do. Time to get **** done.

    no
as I already mentioned Fury clarified good terms for the purse split after AJ showed an interest.
60/40 and 50/50 rematch split is good for a voluntary defence.
also. the original offer said November 12. Hearn said so and wasn't possible. so Fury said he'd be happy to go as late as December 3.
that's Fury conceding ground, AFTER Joshua already showed willing.
    this is all voluntary remember.
so I don't know why you guys think he's been trying to get out of it.
    he suggested it.
& clarified with good purse split terms.
& moved the date back when they complained about the original date.
this has all happened. publicly. there's nothing disputed there.

    both boxers want the fight.
it's insane that some of you think Fury is wanting out.
he just wants a fight. it's not much to ask.

Warren says it can be done on Monday.

Hearn prides himself on being a great deal maker but he's being negative saying 'no chance '. Hopefully Joshua will tell him to get it done. Hopefully BT and DAZN are close to agreement.

the idea that arranging this fight should take weeks of meetings after all the basics have been agreed is just bull****.

people criticism of Fury a couple weeks ago was "December 3 is too soon for AJ"
    then AJ said okay.
now the Fury critics are saying "the fight negotiations will need to drag on a bit. it cannot be agreed just yet"
    why?
if AJ needs 10 week training camps he should already be started!
they need to get it done. so he can sign it & get on with his training.
but Fury's actually coming out and saying get it done, and gets stick for it!
Hearn says 'no chance ' and a bunch of people love him for it.
    Haha

I wonder how many people here don't really fancy seeing it at all.

Fury knows you can’t provide a contract and expect all the legalities and broadcast companies to finalise in 8 days.
You couldn’t do it for a typical fight let alone a fight of this magnitude with this amount of finance involved.

So why the 48 hour ultimatum if it’s not to give yourself a reason to walk away

    Joshua wants the fight.
    Fury wants the fight.

hopefully Hearn will be positive about getting this made within the next couple of days.
hopefully the broadcasters won't scupper it.

hopefully Joshua has started his training because we keeping hearing from his fanboys how he needs many months to be ready.

If both fighters want the fight will be made,Joshua has apparently agreed to all the terms in the contract so now it seems it’s just to be signed .

Back when there was one HW title belt, fighters had to toil for years & years before even being considered to contest it. They ate, drank, slept & dreamed about that belt, were obsessed with it. It meant all the world to them, and they would do almost anything to get a shot at it. It was the greatest prize in sports!

AJ, if this fight with Fury goes through, is now getting a 3rd crack at it in his last 4 fights.

Joe Louis is rolling over like Beethoven.

The fight is a huge waste of everyone’s time anyway

I couldn’t care less about seeing the freshly dethroned Joshua get a chance at THE big name in the division

waste of time. I’d rather see aFury stay busy with someone else, like Joyce or some other up and comer

Joshua list his drawing power at the hands of Usyk

Joshua should have to “work” his way back
