Fury needed to validate that overly cautious win against wlad with a rematch but he ducked it and ever since he's beaten Wilder who he is stylistically made for and outweighs by about 60 pounds but got knocked down half a dozen times in the process and has done nothing else to date

Fury on form would beat AJ with ease but I can't help but think he still has his heart on retirement so would rather orchestrate a scenario that looks like he wanted the AJ and Usyk fights but they backed out, than actually fight them. The false promise of these big fights would also ensure decent ratings for fighting Charr. I doubt Fury will be in any big fights again!

Don't care who's fault it is. If Usyk is unavailable and AJ isn't getting it then Fury should just retire properly this time.
There isn't anyone else close enough in skills to challenge him so just retire already.

No one wants or cares to see him fight some low ranked fringe contender.

Fury had no intention of fighting Joshua in the first place. He just wanted some quick and cheap publicity.

Yeah this BS is a perfect illustration of how ****ed boxing is politically in comparison. Fury has fought a grand total of two top 10 ranked opponents in the 4+ years since he returned, and in his 7 years competing before that he basically fought Del Boy and a 39 year old Wlad who retired one fight later. This is the supposed "greatest HW of his generation" and a guy many are trying to push as an ATG ffs. Imagine a UFC champ getting away with this same ****.

“Well guys, it’s official. D-day has come and gone. It’s gone past five o’clock, Monday. No contract has been signed. It’s officially over for Joshua. He is now out in the cold with the wolfpack. Forget about it.”

“Idiot! Coward! Shithouse! Body builder. Always knew it. Always knew you didn’t have the minerals to fight the Gypsy King”

“Regardless of what the beep you say now, I don’t really care. Good luck with your career, and your life. End of. Peace out.”

I don't know why Fury keeps doing this.

Didn't he tell Chisora on Saturday that he will DEFINITELY fight him if AJ didn't sign the contract by Monday?

I like Fury but this is just ridiculous.

He said he was definitely retiring after the Whyte bout, then out of nowhere he was going to fight Chisora with Isaac Low-IQ training him, then he was definitely retiring again, then he announced he wasn't retiring, then he said he was going to fight AJ and now it's definitely Chisora again...

    WHY IS HE DOING THIS????

I've never seen another sports figure behaving in this way.

If it's some kind of strategy, I don't see what it can achieve.

It annoys the fans who just switch off and don't believe anything he says. It does not benefit him in any way.

    Both are ridicoulous frauds.

Better a tournament between Usyk, Joyce, Ruiz and Wilder.

So if this fight falls thru its because Fury lost patience as per the words of his promoter Frank Warren. Of course, he will be fighting Charr in a matter of weeks and won't have to wait around until December... as we all know Fury has always been one to remain active in his career. He currently has fights lined up with Joshua, Usyk, Chisora, Charr, Nganou Thor and he'll fight em anytime any place or probably never!

So it was contract issues right? Tyson should know from this that you need time to properly review the terms.
Instead he demands AJ signs without proper review and advice, even though AJ immediately responded to say he wil accept the basic terms such as 60/40.
    Hypocrite.

Anthony Joshua is a clown. Who wants to see fury in the same ring as that bum anyway?
Wilder vs Joshua is a more competitive fight. Joshua vs fury is a pointless beat down. There are a lot of questions about wilder right now. He could be ruined. He went from a black marvel action superhero to getting his ass kicked by a white boy. Wilder vs Joshua is a toss up until we see if wilder is ruined by the beatings fury gave him.

The simple answer is he’s thick & has absolutely no self awareness.
