Would you consider Meldrick Taylor an Atg?

Meldrick Taylor won an Olympic Gold Medal in1984 at featherweight and not many boxers reach that level as an amateur he was if I am correct coached in his early career by Joe Frazier at his gym in Philadelphia along with other boxers like Bert Cooper and Bernard Hopkins. Could he had achieved more? He won the IBF lightwelterweight and WBA welterweight titles. Did he compete with the best boxers from his time?
