What was the illness he had the first time? All I read was that his organs were sluggish and poisoning him, or something like that.
He always has had problems with acne conglobate which is apparently draining his energy and making him physically weak. lel.
That's the most likely reason, you can have flare ups and it might very well effect the rest of his career which is a shame. You have to feel sorry for Fury as well as Hunter for the postponement but you can't control these things and you can't expect Fury to fight or even train in a depleted physical state. I do wonder though if his acne conglobate is a result of the steroid use in 2015 which he and Tyson were suspended for. Apparently steroid use is one of the causes for the disease and it was in 2015 when he started getting really bad acne and cysts on his body.
