I don't know if it would, I think he'd be alright, it's pretty much over anyway regardless.

    Yet he's fighting Conor Benn...

And CEJ won't challenge for any titles soon. When was his last title shot?

Nice wee payday for both it seems. His last shot was against Groves 4 years ago. Do you think it is out of the question that he could get another shot at the title?

Don't get me wrong, I don't think he'll ever win a world title but to say his career is done? A little premature wouldn't you agree?

His career is done in terms being a top guy. He's not fighting anyone.

When was he ever a "top" guy? He was a contender and I see no reason why he couldn't get back to becoming one once again.

Well you would expect him to be seeing that he's been around forever. Reminds me of Wilder in some ways. Just content with facing no-hopera for big money.

Be great if Eubank just came in at 170 and leathered Benn all over. I’ll chip in for his fine.

Good to know that our resident BTEC psychologist still has his knickers in a twist over Eubank. Some people just have that jealous gene that they can’t shake. There’s nothing to dislike about Eubank.

The “two” weigh ins could be the most viewed ever. I’d expect DAZN and Sky Sports News will pick these up plus probably BBC/ITV delayed on their news outlets.
I’m interested how things go if any of the contractual weight issues are not met. I know there are financial penalties but at what point is it a deal breaker? Has this been stated anywhere?

I'm sure it was floated around that if he is 164 on the 2nd weigh in then it could be called off

Not a chance Hearn would call it off.

I think after Benn loses (probably on points), he’ll fight at 154 and not 147.
