He might not be gifted with great feet/positioning, but he is a serious talent and consummate pro to be fair to him.

Exactly, he can make the moral decision and pull out or take the easy millions on offer.

Imagine if he loses , no one would recognise it as a legit win for Benn and a rematch would be almost certain with many more millions on the table.

It really is win win for Eubank if it goes ahead.

    a) he probably gets rid of the rehydration clause
    b) if he loses the PEDs are blamed

Providing A. the fight actually goes ahead and B. he isn't too weight drained Eubank Jr couldn't be in a sweeter position, he's gonna get his biggest payday by far fighting a guy half his size who is very easy to hit.

Does anyone know what the base purses were for both before ppv sales?

    Usually I couldn’t care less, but I’m
intrigued to know as I don’t think the fight would have done big numbers on ppv on that platform. People cba to sign up.

MTK never took a management fee, on the contrary, they PAID to manage you. Why do you think so many fighters went with them.

I think there was one man who looked out for him this week, either his old man or his sister.

It’s become clear that they were willing to bury this drug test to get the fight on, the result had been known for almost a month.

imo Snr knew when he was demanding for the fight to be called off, I don’t think it’s coincidence that it got out to the press

Clearly someone close to Junior leaked the failed test which occurred in late August/1st week of September to the press. I suspect it may have been Senior out of concern for his sons health, and this is also why he wasn’t involved in the training camp.

Junior is clearly man enough to deal with it.

All that has happened is that he has missed out on a bumper payday.

We are talking about Junior not Senior.

Eubank Jr seems to be one of the most resilient people in boxing I think he'll be fine
